11 December 2006 Manger #7

Manger 7 is one of Fr. Ted’s here in the rectory. We have a few of them, you’ll see them in the next couple of days.
Since I’ve missed posting a couple of days, this is the second one for today. I’m also cross-posting it to my text blog. Come, Lord Jesus!

5 December 2006 Manger Scene #4

This is a very simple Christmas ornament in ceramics. It’s a hinged triptych, and the center portrays the Holy Family. It hangs on my parents’ Christmas tree. I liked the branches around it lit up as they are by the colored lights.

This one is one of Mom’s favorites. She loves Precious Moments, and this Nativity scene is part of her grand Christmas display of a Precious Moments village. No magi, but lots of shepherds, drummer boys, etc.
